- You can request a specific staff member. There is no extra charge for doing so, so please rest assured.
- Is it possible for men to make reservations as well?
- Yes, it is possible. Men can use the service with peace of mind.
- I am currently pregnant. Is it possible for me to receive treatment?
- For safety reasons, we regretfully cannot accept reservations from pregnant women. Thank you for your understanding.
- Is it possible to receive treatment even during menstruation?
- Yes, it's possible. Please feel free to make a reservation.
- Please tell me about the cancellation fees.
- We do not charge a cancellation fee until the day before your reservation, but please note that a 100% fee will be charged for same-day cancellations.
